Evolve Estates, part of M Core celebrates another Fully let scheme at Parc- y-Llyn, with Snap Fitness
23/05/2024National commercial investment property company, Evolve Estates, part of M Core Property, has completed on the only vacant unit at Parc-y-Llyn, with their latest addition to the scheme, Snap Fitness.
Parc-y-Llyn is situated to the south-east of the town centre and forms the dominant part of the established out-of-town retail location, serving the local and surrounding area. The park itself is based on Parc-y-Llyn Way, a continuation of the Boulevard De Saint Brieuc and runs parallel with the A487 and A44.
Snap Fitness Snap Fitness has signed a 15-year lease with Evolve Estates, part of M Core, taking a 10,018 sq/ft premise. The fitness chain will join brands such as Next, B&M, Currys, and Halfords.
The brand has over 1 million members worldwide and will open its 100th location across the UK & Ireland this summer.
Local gym goers will benefit from a truly inclusive fitness experience, with top of the range equipment, 24/7 access,
instructor-led and virtual group exercise classes, personal training and other wellness services.
