Square One Padel & Social Club has signed a 10‑year lease at M Dolphin Park in Sittingbourne, marking the fast‑growing operator’s fourth site as it continues to expand its footprint across the South East.
Scheduled to open this April, the new club will deliver nine high‑quality indoor padel courts, alongside a gym, restaurant and Pilates studio, bringing a major new leisure anchor to the scheme. The site will open in four weeks, generating new local employment opportunities and revitalising a long‑vacant unit.
