The role is designed to work closely with M Core investment teams across the UK and Europe, focusing on investment appraisal and pipeline management. This means involvement from the early stages of asset review through to completion, ensuring deals progress smoothly.
Although the role sits within the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team, it has significant collaboration with wider investment teams. The role combines financial analysis with operational coordination, requiring strong cross-team communication and stakeholder engagement.
Facilities Management Admin Support
The Facilities Admin Support reports to the Deputy Facilities Manager (DFM) with support from the Facilities Manager (FM), focusing on Compliance Services such as Health & Safety, FRA reports, and remedial actions. The role covers the London, Bristol, and Evolve Estates regions.
