Trinity House Orthodontics Secures Long-Term Home at M Penny Hill, Hunslet

LCP UK, part of M Core, has announced the latest letting at its M Penny Hill scheme in Hunslet, Leeds.

Trinty House Orthodontist has committed to a 10-year lease in unit 15. a 2,898 sq ft space that will become the practice’s new clinic. The arrival of the dental operator strengthens the scheme’s role as a key community hub, adding to the mix of health, retail, and essential local services.

Following this latest letting, the remaining availability at the centre consists of Unit 7–8, offering 2,598 sq ft of flexible accommodation suitable for a range of uses.

The transaction was completed on behalf of the landlord by in-house solicitor. Richard Webster of Newns Webster acted on behalf of the landlord. In addition, Adrian Johnson of Rawstron Johnson acts as joint agent for the Landlord.
