M Core strengthens retail portfolio with strategic acquisition of Fforestfatch Retail Parc in Swansea
M Core, a leading commercial property and investment collective, has announced the acquisition of Fforestfatch Retail Parc in Swansea, Wales.
This marks M Core's 26th acquisition in the UK within the last 12 months.
The 142,000 sq ft retail parc is highly accessible to its circa 500,000 shopper population, owing to its location on the A483 Pontardulais Road and close proximity to both Swansea city centre and M4 motorway.
Fforestfatch Retail Parc comprises 19 units ranging from c. 2,300 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft, and provides 1,300 car parking spaces. The location has a strong tenant mix including Boots, Aldi, Next, Caffé Nero, Anytime Fitness and Home Bargains, with a small number of units available for let.
Management of the retail parc will be overseen by LCP part of M Core’s Bristol office where the team will focus on bringing new added value retail brands and complimentary operators to the parc in the coming months.
