LCP announces fully let scheme at The Wood Banks Estate, Wednesbury

LCP, part of M Core, has secured a final tenant at its now fully let industrial scheme, The Wood Banks Estate, in Wednesbury.

Located in a well-established industrial area with easy access to the M6, Junction 9, The Wood Banks Estate offers prime industrial space for businesses seeking a strategic location.

The latest tenant to join the scheme is multi-service manufacturer and supplier, Metpro, which has relocated from a 26,000 sq ft unit to a 113,000 sq ft space. Set across Units 8 and 9, Metpro has signed a 10-year lease and moved into the units following a refurbishment that included new roller shutter doors, LED lighting, and refreshed office and WC areas.
