Refurbishment Secures New Tenant

The £360,000 refurbishment of a unit at Eelmoor Road, Farnborough, has helped to secure a deal with Time Inc (UK) Ltd - one the largest branded media companies in the UK.

Improvements on the 15,000 sq.ft unit included a new roof, windows, roller shutters and refurbishment of the offices, toilets and ancillary areas.

Thomas Parsonage, asset manager, said: "Our proactive management approach to refurbishment helped us to secure a high calibre tenant on a 10-year lease. "

Eelmoor Road comprises a number of trade and industrial units and is located off the A327.
