Acquired in 2023, Princes Square has undergone a dramatic turnaround, with voids reduced from 17 to just 2, footfall rising to nearly 2 million in the past 12 months, and the introduction of a compelling new brand and customer experience. The strategic repositioning demonstrates M Core’s ability to acquire and transform challenged assets into thriving destinations through intensive asset and property management.
