Pocket Geek Opens In The Woolshops
A repairer of mobile phones and tablets has opened in The Woolshops Shopping Centre, Halifax.
Pocket Geek, which is an insurance-approved repair centre using licensed engineers and accredited components, has signed a five-year lease for unit 18b and it opened its doors today (January 11).
Managed by LCP, The Woolshops is a 52-unit, open-air centre and is a significant retail scheme in the heart of the town centre. It extends to 7.4 acres, with retail over 236,923 sq ft, plus a two-storey, 310-space car park. The 38 tenants include River Island, Boots, Poundland, Superdrug and Costa Coffee.
Phil Murphy, asset manager at Evolve Estates, which owns the centre, said: "It's great to welcome a new, independent name to the centre and we hope Pocket Geek thrives in its new home."
