Our Continued Commitment To Health And Safety At The Galleries

Health and safety remains one of our core priorities - and we're delighted to report we have marked 365 days of zero-lost time accidents at the Galleries, in Washington, Sunderland.

Since we acquired the shopping centre at the beginning of 2022, we've focused on improving and acknowledging the culture of health and safety on site and have overseen several projects there, including a number of new shop fit outs.

As part of our commitment, we've delivered regular health and safety briefings and formal monthly meetings and are delighted to have reached our first milestone of zero lost time accidents in the first year alongside our colleagues at OCS.
