New Store For Hardshaw Centre
A new women's fashion store has opened at The Hardshaw Centre, in St Helen's.
Lavitta, which caters for sizes 12 to 24,has taken occupation of a 3,511 sq ft store, after agreeing a 10-year lease with London & Cambridge Properties (LCP), which owns and manages the centre.
It is the outlet's third store, having already opened in Grimsby and Leeds last year, and will create seven full- and part-time jobs.
Andrew Barrett, LCP asset manager, said: "Lavitta is a growing brand and we are delighted that it has chosen to open its newest store at The Hardshaw Centre.
"The centre is attracting leading names, which is great news for shoppers who want to have access to a wide range of stores on their doorstep."
St Helens Council's Chief Executive, Mike Palin said: The attraction of new retailers to the town centre reinforces the message that St Helens continues to be a place where new businesses want to locate.""
