LCP, part of M Core, has announced a further three new tenants at M The Galleries, Washington (formerly known as The Galleries) as it continues to redevelop under-used areas at the centre.
M The Galleries welcomed Cantoro Lounge, a new food and beverage offering during December, creating 30 jobs in the local area. Operating under cafe-bar and restaurant chain, Loungers Plc, Cantoro Lounge has signed a 15-year lease on a new unit (3,968 sq ft) as part of a retail and leisure redevelopment project at the centre. This new 30,000 sq ft area features four new shopfronts, external cladding and landscaping.
Following the redevelopment of a vacant plot of land adjacent to the shopping centre, Starbucks has now opened a Drive-Through unit at M The Galleries. Taking a 15-year lease on a purpose-built 1,840 sq ft unit, the new Starbucks features a drive-through with seating for up to 52 customers inside, alongside car parking and seven double ultra-rapid PoGo EV Chargers.
Gym operator, Pure Gym, also opened at the scheme in December taking a 10,812 sq ft space.
