M Core acquires 177,000 sq ft Westpoint Office in Peterborough

M Core has acquired Westpoint, a 177,621 sq ft Grade A multi-let office campus set within a 22.4-acre freehold site in Peterborough.
The office building is currently let to 14 quality tenants and has a strong retention rate of 92%. Westpoint is located just 4 miles west of the city centre and has excellent road and rail links, and the station is connected by a regular bus service. Trains to London Kings Cross and Cambridge take just 45 minutes. The building includes the best parking provision in Peterborough, with 800 car parking spaces and 10 EV charging points.
