LCP welcomes The Food Warehouse to M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea

LCP, part of M Core, has announced the signing of The Food Warehouse at M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea.
Part of Iceland Foods and one of the fastest growing British supermarkets, The Food Warehouse has signed a 10-year lease on 15,000 sq ft of retail space.
LCP is set to initially invest in a series of enabling works, which is expected to complete by January 2025. With the aim of delivering a modern fit out to appeal to the local community and provide an enjoyable shopping experience, doors are expected to open to The Food Warehouse in April 2025.

Following the acquisition of M Parc Fforestfach by Sheet Anchor, also part of M Core, LCP is looking forward to announcing other new lettings at the retail park in the near future.
