LCP strengthens its managed retail portfolio with strategic acquisition of M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea
LCP, part of M Core a leading commercial property and investment collective, has announce the management of M Parc Fforestfach (formerly known as Fforestfach Retail Parc) in Swansea, Wales following the acquisition by Sheet Anchor, part of M Core.
The 142,000 sq ft retail parc is highly accessible to its circa 500,000 shopper population, owing to its location on the A483 Pontardulais Road and close proximity to both Swansea city centre and M4 motorway.
M Parc Fforestfach comprises 19 units ranging from c. 2,300 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft, and provides 1,300 car parking spaces. The location has a strong tenant mix including Boots, Aldi, Next, Caffè Nero, Anytime Fitness and Home Bargains, with a small number of units available for let.
Management of the retail parc will be overseen by M Core’s Bristol office, where the team will focus on bringing new added value retail brands and complementary operators to the parc in the coming months.
