LCP Scotland Office Makes Trio Of Appointments
LCP, has expanded its team in Scotland as it continues its rapid growth.
David Waterworth joins as Senior Asset Manager. A highly experienced asset manager, he has managed more than £1.5 billion worth of shopping centre investments, and at LCP will be managing a wide portfolio of complex and higher value retail, industrial, office and residential properties across Scotland.
Joining him is David Castles, who is appointed Senior Property Manager. He has more than 25 years' experience as a property and asset manager and will work on the day-to-day property management of LCP's retail, industrial, office and residential properties.
Lee Anne Reid has also joined LCP, which is part of M Core - one of the largest, privately held commercial property portfolios in the UK, as credit controller after working as credit control Senior Accounts Manager at a Glasgow-based property management company.
Welcoming the trio to LCP's Scotland headquarters in Glasgow, Dermit Smith Associate Director, said: "The Scotland office continues to get busier as our property portfolio expands, so it's a good time to have three experienced professionals join us. We're looking forward to them quickly becoming integral members of the team."
