LCP, part of M Core announces two new tenant signings at Multipark Pensnett, Kingswinford

LCP, part of M Core, has announced the arrival of two new tenants at Multipark Pensnett, previously Pensnett Estate, in the West Midlands.

LCP is pleased to confirm it has signed a five-year lease with Syscom Plc on two recently refurbished units (6 and 7 Baird House, The Innovation Centre) at Multipark Pensnett in Kingswinford. Syscom PLC is a Microsoft partner offering implementation and support for Dynamics software, its own ERP solution, plus managed IT services. 

Black Country Detailing, a professional car detailing business with over 16 years’ experience, has signed a quarterly license on Building 53 B bay 3. As with many of the other small starter units at Multipark Pensnett, this type of signing allows small business owners full flexibility of not having to commit to a long-term lease. Specialising in transforming the appearance of car paintwork, Black Country Detailing has won multiple awards at Concours D'elegance – a detailing competition which is home to the rarest cars and most skilled detailers in the world.
