LCP Group Expands As Evolve Estates Appoints Regional Estate Manager
Evolve Estates, the national commercial and property investment company and part of the LCP group has appointed a Regional Estate Manager to help manage its mixed-use developments.
Sue Rios takes the Regional Estate Manager, assets and operations, role after 14 months as regional community operations co-ordinator (West, London and South) at St. John Ambulance, for whom she represented the south of the UK for the outreach vaccination team as part of the Covid-19 response.
Prior to that she was airport duty manager at Bristol Airport, where she worked for 14 years.
At Evolve, Sue, who is a member of the British Cycling Club and is actively involved in cycling initiatives in the community, will be heavily involved in forging and fortifying stakeholder relationships with our local authorities, tenants, suppliers and contractors.
"After years of working in stakeholder engagement and customer experience within the aviation sector, I'm looking forward to bringing my knowledge to the real estate industry and working with the Evolve team," she said.
