LCP Appoints New Senior Lawyer For Bristol
National commercial property and investment company LCP, part of M Core, has appointed its first lawyer for the Bristol office.
Senior legal counsel Catherine Young joins a growing team in the South West, which is expanding as part of a strategic plan to increase its presence in the area.
She joins LCP from RPC in Bristol and has also worked at Berwin Leighton Paisner (now BCLP LLP) in London. In her previous roles, Catherine has developed a broad practice area in the field of landlord and tenant and commercial property work.
Amy James, Legal Director and Head of Legal (UK), said: "The LCP Group is enjoying a sustained period of strong growth, with a string of acquisitions across the country. With expansion across all areas of the business, strengthening the in-house legal team enables us to provide a smooth and consistent level of service. We're delighted that Catherine, an experienced lawyer in the commercial property world, has joined our Bristol office."
Adam Martin, Head of Bristol office, added: "Catherine's extensive experience in commercial property has strengthened the existing management team in the region, and we are well placed to deliver on the regional growth plans of the group".
