LCP UK, part of M Core, has welcomed Coffee At The Wood, a brand-new independent café, to M Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre.
The café, located at Unit 51, 4 Maple Walk, occupies a 1,195 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease. With both indoor and outdoor seating, Coffee at the Wood provides shoppers and the local community with a comfortable place to relax and enjoy freshly prepared hot drinks, snacks and light meals.
The arrival of Coffee at the Wood further diversifies the centre’s mix of retailers, enhancing its food and beverage offering and creating a vibrant hub in the heart of Chelmsley Wood.

The lease was facilitated by Sophie Faulkner, Associate Legal Director (UK), who acted as the lawyer on behalf of the deal.
