Fast Fitness Gym opens at M Chelmsley Wood

LCP, part of M Core, is pleased to announce it has signed Fast Fitness as the latest tenant at M Chelmsley Wood in Solihull.

Independent gym, Fast Fitness, has taken a 6,924 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease at the 487,872 sq.ft scheme. Providing top-quality equipment for cardio, strength training, and functional exercises, the gym also offers daily classes for its members. 

Having undergone a brand-new fit-out, Fast Fitness provides premium facilities, complete with lockers, showers and changing rooms. The gym also benefits from a spacious studio area and HIIT cardio area, as well as protein shakes and snacks available to purchase. Members can also enjoy hassle-free parking, conveniently located on-site.

The centre is welcoming many exciting changes with the opening of the new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) in Spring 2025. Known as North Solihull CDC, it will be the first of its kind in Birmingham and Solihull. Situated in M Chelmsley Wood, it will provide access to a wide range of diagnostic tests in one central place, away from a busy hospital site, for patients across North Solihull and the greater Birmingham area. 

Currently, the centre benefits from a good representation of national retailers including Peacocks, Home Bargains, Sports Direct, Poundland, Boots, Heron Foods and Iceland. It is also anchored by a 75,000 sq ft Asda.
