Driving Innovation Forward: Announcing Our New Group CTO
We are delighted to announce that Arthur Dodson has been promoted to the position of Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for M Core. In this pivotal role, Arthur will provide strategic technology leadership across the M Core group, which includes LCP, Sheet Anchor, Sheet Anchor Evolve and Proudreed. Arthur will be responsible for defining and executing the group technology strategy, overseeing all data, AI, and IT functions, and driving digital transformation initiatives that support our long-term commercial property investment objectives.
Arthur’s remit will include shaping and delivering the technology strategy in alignment with business goals, continuously evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to ensure M Core remains at the forefront of innovation, and identifying and implementing technology-driven efficiencies to reduce overheads and improve operating margins.
Arthur will report to the board and executive team on technology matters, opportunities and cyber risks. He will lead from a technology perspective on major transformation programmes, including ERP implementation and system integration. He will direct the group’s data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities, lead the AI and automation strategy to enhance efficiency and insight, and oversee IT-infrastructure, support and cybersecurity.
Arthur has already built an industry-leading Data & AI team, and he will continue to foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence and data-driven decision-making across the group.
