Clifton Coffee Roasters joins Avon Riverside Estate

LCP, part of M Core, is pleased to announce it has signed Clifton Coffee Roasters as the latest tenant at Avon Riverside Estate in Bristol.

The independent Bristol-based business, which was founded in 2021, has taken a 4,261 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease at the 76,189 sq ft trading estate.

Award-winning Clifton Coffee Roasters provides industry-leading equipment and coffee, as well as offering Barista Fundamentals and SCA training for coffee enthusiasts and professionals.

The highly sought-after Avon Riverside Estate is located near J18 of the M5 motorway and only seven miles away from Bristol city centre. Offering a variety of amenities and a range of different sized units, the trading estate is home to businesses of all sizes.
