Citysprint To Relocate To Multiparc Woodley
The UK's leading same-day delivery service CitySprint is relocating its Reading base to Multiparc Woodley after signing a 10-year lease.
The courier business, which has about 30 centres across the country, is taking units 1 and 2 - a total of 8,800 sq ft - at the new, speculative built trading estate in Woodley.
It is moving from its existing centre in Wokingham, to accommodate the need for additional warehouse space. It will join London Ornaments at unit 3 and Travis Perkins, which agreed a 15-year lease for unit 6.
Welcoming CitySprint to Multiparc Woodley, Claudia Gasparro, of LCP, which invested £4.14 million on the development, said: We're pleased to have attracted yet another national name to Multiparc Woodley. Our investment is certainly paying off, as we recognised the need for units of this size in the area.""

Multiparc Woodley, which is three miles east of Reading town centre, comprises six newly built warehouses.
The units all have an eaves height of 5.85m and have a lower floated concrete floor with 35kn/m² loading. They have block work and insulated vertical sheeting walls, insulated profiled steel cladded roof with roof lights and electric roller shutter doors that are 14.8ft (4.5m) high by 12.5ft (3.8m) wide.
Each unit has eight vehicle spaces and one loading space.
Multiparc benefits from being close to the A329, which provides direct access to the M4 junction 10, Heathrow and the national motorway system. Woodley shopping centre is just a short walk away, providing a variety of retail units including a Waitrose supermarket.
For more information about units 4 and 5, each of which are 4,210 sq ft and are available, contact Claudia Gasparro 07831 338014.
