M Core leads in the UK for Shopping Centre Investment

M Core has been named the number one investment manager for shopping centres in the United Kingdom in the latest Going Shopping 2026 report by Trevor Wood Associates. This recognises the strength of our long-term strategy and the progress made across our portfolio, with fifty-nine centres under management featured in the report and ten ranked within the top 200. 

Across the regions, the Going Shopping 2026 report highlights M Core’s position as the clear national leader. M Core ranks in the top five across nine out of eleven regions, excluding the South East and Northern Ireland.

Scotland

M Core is now the leading investment manager in Scotland

The Centre in Livingston is ranked the number one shopping centre in Scotland

 

Wales

M Core ranks second as an investment manager in Wales

Cwmbran is the second-highest-ranked shopping centre in the country

 

The North

M Core is now the leading investment manager in the North of England

The Galleries in Washington is the third-ranked centre, and The Bridges in Sunderland is fourth

 

North West

M Core ranks third as an investment manager in the North West

 

Yorkshire & Humberside

M Core ranks third for investment managers in the region

 

West Midlands

M Core is ranked second within the West Midlands investment manager category

 

East Midlands

M Core has moved into the top position as the leading investment manager in the East Midlands

The Grosvenor Centre is the fifth ranked shopping centre in the region

 

East Anglia

M Core is ranked third nationally within East Anglia’s investment manager category

 

South West

M Core is ranked fourth in investment management for the South West
