LCP's Scott Arms in Great Barr is now fully let

LCP is delighted to announce that M Scott Arms local and convenience shopping parade in Great Barr is now fully let, following the successful letting of Unit 952 to CRO Kitchens, a specialist kitchen showroom operator.

CRO Kitchens has agreed to a five-year lease for the 584 sq. ft unit, further strengthening the shopping centre’s retail mix.
