LCP installs new outdoor gym equipment at Multipark Pensnett Estate

We’re thrilled to announce that our brand-new outdoor gym installation at Multipark Pensnett, home to our head office, is now complete!

This project is part of our strong commitment ESG principles, promoting both community health and sustainability across our sites. By creating accessible and inviting fitness spaces, we’re helping foster a healthier lifestyle for our tenants while contributing to the wellbeing of the communities where we operate.

The outdoor gym, expertly supplied and installed by Redlynch Leisure, features an air walker, leg press, accessible press machine, chest machine, and back machine—equipment thoughtfully designed to support users of all fitness levels in staying active and achieving personal wellness goals.

Our outdoor gym programme is set to expand to multiple locations across our portfolio, reinforcing our mission to integrate wellness-focused amenities that bring lasting value.
