LCP Acquires Shopping Parade In Diss

Commercial property and investment company LCP has acquired a local convenience parade in the thriving market town of Diss in Norfolk as it continues to grow its retail portfolio.

LCP purchased 1-9 Mavery House, Victoria Road, on behalf of Leathbond, one of the LCP group of managed companies, and has been appointed to manage the portfolio of nine shops, with eight two-bedroom maisonettes above.

Toby Saggers, LCP's asset manager, said the well located and prominent parade is fully let to six national and local occupiers, including the electrical store AW Myhill and the British Red Cross.
