Independent Traders Putting Their Faith In LCP
Three new stores are opening after a trio of local, independent traders signed leases.
Dixy Chicken will be opening its doors at 5, Timberley Lane, Castle Bromwich, after a franchisee signed a 10-year lease for a 906 sq ft unit, while down the road in Kingstanding, Birmingham, a nail bar is to open after a 10-year lease was signed for 230 Hawthorn Road.
In Salford, dancers will be getting their groove on when Shey Dance Studio opens in Radclyffe Retail Park, after a five-year lease was agreed for 9b Phoebe Street.
