LCP, part of M Core, is pleased to announce that Gateway Retail Park is now fully let, following the addition of PureGym, the UK's leading gym operator.
PureGym has secured Unit 3 of the scheme, spanning 7,001sq. ft, under a 15-year lease agreement. The gym will join a line-up of well-known retailers, including Argos, B&M, and Peacocks, further enhancing the appeal of the 55,082 sq. ft retail destination.
Located adjacent to the St Nicholas Roundabout on the A120 Dovercourt Bypass, Gateway Retail Park enjoys a prime position approximately one mile west of Harwich town centre. This location ensures excellent visibility and accessibility for local residents and visitors alike.
