Cafe Makes Mayfield Parade Fully Let
Asrat Jamal has signed a 10-year lease for unit 5, a 1158 sq ft shop at the development, which has five retailers, including Domino's, Morrisons and Betfred.
Owned by Sheet Anchor Investments Ltd, part of the LCP group of managed companies, and managed by LCP, Mayfield Parade is in a prominent position, at the junction of Albert Royds Street (A664) and Samson Street, about two miles from Rochdale town centre.
The asset manager is Rakesh Joshi, LCP associate director (convenience parades), and Neil Harrison, LCP solicitor, completed the legal transaction.
